Doing 180kgs leg press with the support of Glute King Coach @yuegenetang & Big John! Really am trying & really am dying but I know what I want. Showing the raw side of working out, my motivation is all over the places sometimes but I continue anyway. I haven’t been so consistent lately & letting myself enjoy good food + supper + snacking for the past 2-3months because I felt like giving in. I’ve so many bad days but amongst those days there are ones where I go all out & literally tire the hell out of myself which is no way to do it. But I do it anyway. I always try to remind myself why & how I started way back then. I’ll continue to push because I made a promise to myself & @dennisyin 💕
Anyway I just wanna let everyone know that, it’s okay to have bad days. Just as long as you don’t quit on yourself, do what makes you feel happy, enjoy the things you want to & keep pushing. We can do it when we put our minds to it 💪🏻
